OJT - Day 47-50

Week 10 4/11/23 - 4/14/23 This week has been a busy one for me and my colleagues at the PKMD division. One of my main tasks was to update and resize a tarpaulin that I had previously created.  In addition to updating the tarpaulin, my colleagues and I also worked on another brochure about the Work Instruction for BU In-House Paper Presentation. This brochure provides clear and concise instructions for authors who are submitting papers for in-house publication.  Finally, Sir Balilo asked me to find the list of the BOR Policies. This task required me to conduct extensive research into the various policies that are relevant to the PKMD division's operations. After compiling a comprehensive list of policies, I reviewed them carefully to ensure that I had captured all the relevant information.

4/4/23 Today, the PKMD staff gathered for an important meeting to discuss the brochures that we have been working on, as well as the upcoming events that are scheduled for the PKMD division. The meeting provided an opportunity for us to review our progress and strategize about the best ways to move forward. During the meeting, we discussed the various brochures that we have been working on, including the service guide and the review process brochure. We also discussed the upcoming events that are scheduled for the division, including workshops, seminars, and other activities.   Overall, the meeting was a productive one, and we left with a clear sense of direction and purpose. We are excited about the progress we have made on the brochures and look forward to their completion and distribution. We are also looking forward to the upcoming events and believe that they will be valuable opportunities for us to learn, grow, and connect with others in our field.

Week 9 3/27/23  Decy and I spent several hours sorting through a large number of documents that were given to us by Ma'am Amabella. As we carefully reviewed each document, we organized them into different categories based on their content and relevance. This task required a great deal of focus and attention to detail, but we were determined to complete it efficiently and accurately. 3/28/23 During a recent meeting with Ma'am Yols, she asked us to take on an exciting new project: creating a brochure about the BU R&D Journal. As a highly respected academic journal that publishes cutting-edge research from experts in various fields, the BU R&D Journal is an important part of the university's academic culture. Throughout the process, we collaborated closely with Ma'am Yols, seeking her feedback and insights to ensure that the brochure accurately represents the journal and aligns with her vision for the project. Her input was invaluable, and her support and guidance...

Week 8 The CTE division organized and conducted a highly successful event seminar entitled the "Seminar-Workshop on Academic Practice." The seminar provided valuable insights and practical tips for teachers looking to improve their academic practice and teaching methods. The event attracted a large number of attendees from different schools and educational institutions, who benefited greatly from the seminar`s informative presentations, engaging discussions, and interactive workshops. As a token of appreciation and as a reminder of the lessons learned, the CTE division gave each attendee a pen as a souvenir. This pen not only serves as a useful tool for teachers, but also symbolizes the commitment of the CTE division to provide high-quality professional development opportunities to support the growth and development of educators. The event was a resounding success, and the CTE division looks forward to organizing more similar events in the future to continue supporting and em...
