On-the-Job Training

In the third week, my main focus remained on the 2009 BU RD&E Awardees 21st BU In-House Review of Ongoing and Completed Researches. I dedicated my time and effort to carefully encoding the research data of the awardees and ensuring that all the information was accurately recorded. This involved analyzing and organizing large amounts of research data, reviewing the outcomes of ongoing research projects, and evaluating the results of completed research initiatives. After completing the task of encoding the research data of the 2009 BU RD&E Awardees, I moved on to the next step of the process. This involved taking the bound BU RD&E Awards and carefully rebinding them to ensure that they were properly secured and protected. On Wednesday, I did the 2009 BU RD&E Awardees summary and ma'am Janet asks me to go to the other side of the ovprde building which is the extension to get the signature of Ma'am Janet Manila for the activity proposal.  Tuesday      That day, we didn't do much, we just completed the task that was given to us on another day. And in the afternoon around 4 pm me and my block mates just talked about random things to kill the time since we have already done with our task and our mentor didn't give us another.   Wednesday              Today we have sorted the documents given in order descending from 2023 to 2013 and after that we ring bind. There is also another task entrusted to us: the encoding of the 2009 winners' list for the poster and the presentation of research documents.  Thursday       I just continued the task which was given on Wednesday and after I started coding the list of 2016 winners. In the afternoon, mam Amabella, delight us with food and it was delicious. Friday    This Friday, as usual just finishes the task we were given by mam Yol: the BU RD&E Awardees.     

 Every monday we attend the flag ceremony with the rest of the professors and staff in the east campus. And today we received our own ID as a trainee in OVPRDE office.  And also, today i just finshed the task that mam Janeth gave me which is the BU R&D Journals and the task that mam Yol gave to us which is the summary of the number of awardees per colleges in the year 2021 & 2022. 

Today I just continued the task that Ma'am Janeth gave to me which is the metadata of the BU R&D Journals 2019 Issue 1&2, 2020 Issue 1&2, 2021 1&2, and 2022 Issue 1.  At lunch break, we had a boodle fight with the PKMD team. The Jollibee chicken joy was sponsored by sir Balilo.

 Today we just continued the things we do yesterday, and after that Ma'am Janeth gave us another task to do. We encoded in the spreadsheet to analyze the data set and summarize the BU R&D Journals.  Also, sir Balilo gave a task to Patrick. He asked to create a system for BUUFAI.  Sir Balilo also asked us to reset/restart the printer but we can't fix it because it needs a window xp OS and our laptops our not compatible to fix it.  The best thing happened today is that they gave us free food and drinks which are pizza and coke, my favorite hihi.

 Nothing special happened on the third day of my ojt. As usual just like yesterday, we sorted out and bookbind all the given documents and encoded the given data set. But the best thing happened today is that Ms. Ann gave us snacks hihihi 😋
